Service targets
We aim to operate 100% of all advertised journeys and with at least 98% of them operating to time. This is a higher target than the industry standard benchmark of 95% of all journeys to operate within a tolerence of one minute early and 5 minutes late.

Monitoring
We actively monitor our services using our automated GPS tracking systems, as well as regular checks by our management. Where we find a service is regularly running late, we will look carefully at the timetable to see if we can introduce more running time, or add an additional vehicle wherever possible.

The last bus
As part of our passenger charter, we guarantee to operate the very last bus of the day. Where we cannot do so, we will endeavour to arrange alternative transport for you free of charge.*

Statistics
