Driver (Northampton)

We are seeking qualified and experienced Drivers to join our depot in Northampton. Duties are a mix of town and rural, with journey times well planned to make a relaxing trip for driver and passengers alike. Daily duties and weekly rotas are designed to ensure Drivers have a good work:life balance. Working for a small fleet operator, you will find that you have a name and not just a number, and your hard work is recognised, appreciated and rewarded. Make 2019 the year you stop being a steering wheel attendant and become a professional Bus Driver.

The perception of the industry is that there is little or no opportunity for career progression for those who desire it. Whilst this may be true for many companies, we believe that offering career progression is important for many and as such we have recently promoted 3 Drivers to Senior Driver grade and 2 to Inspector. Due to recent changes in the industry, which now favour smaller fleets, we expect our fleet to grow and with it the potential for a career path increases too.

Fleet engineer (Northampton)

We are currently seeking an experienced fleet engineer to assist the maintenance of our fleet of ADL and Optare vehicles. We are continually investing in younger vehicles and we believe fully that maintenance should be based on requirements, not cost; as such you will have a free reign to maintain the vehicles to the very highest standards.

You will need to have a high understanding of PSV maintenance requirement (for experienced HGV or Military engineers, we can send you on a conversion training course) and a good relationship with DVSA built upon a high MOT pass rate. We are working towards DVSA Earned Recognition in 2019 and top quality engineering support is a large percentage of achieving the requirement.
