We are always pleased to hear from passengers with questions, suggestions and even complaints. Our telephone line is always active whilst our buses are in service, although if you are put through to a voicemail please do leave a message and someone will 'phone you back as soon as possible.
Due to the current Corona19 situation, all administrative staff are working from home and your call or email will be diverted to the duty manager. We will answer any query as quickly as possible, but we ask if possible that you could check this website first for any general enquiries. Urgent enquiries, such as lost property for example, are always welcome at any time.
